PIPA is an independent organisation that was developed in partnership with the Health and Safety Executive to ensure that all castles subscribing to the scheme are designed and manufactured to a recognised industry standard based on safety. Every Best Bounce Bouncy Castle carries a valid PIPA tag and is tested by an independent nationally qualified inspector annually. Much like an MOT a PIPA certificate offers improved safety for your children and ensures the equipment is suitable for commercial hire. Every Best Bounce Bouncy Castle is less than 3 years old; we replace our stock regularly in order to maintain the most up to date stock in terms of safety regulation and trends, we guarantee our castles to always be clean and in immaculate condition.

The Great British Weather can have a big impact on Bouncy Castle Hire and as much as we can all pray for the sun to shine the weather isn’t always on our side. You can keep an eye on the local weather by using our Weather Check Service although we do always suggest using any weather service with a pinch of salt. Best Bounce do not charge for cancelations due to bad weather and will always confirm the hire before setting out in the event of rain. Best Bounce will happily honour any booking in the event of light showers but do reserve the right to cancel or withdraw any hire should the weather mean it would be unsafe to allow a hire to go ahead.
