Certified & Insured
All of our bouncy castles are tested annually and hold valid PIPA Certificates, ensuring they meet the highest UK safety standards.
We are also covered by £10 million Public Liability Insurance, giving you complete peace of mind when booking with us.
Risk Assessments
Comprehensive risk assessments are carried out on all of our equipment and setups. We also assess each venue or garden space where possible to ensure suitability and safe installation.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
All of our soft play and inflatable equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before every hire. We take pride in maintaining a high standard of hygiene for every child using our equipment.
Safe Setup & Installation
Our team ensures:
- Equipment is securely anchored and set up in accordance with safety guidelines
- Safety mats are used where required
- Clear instructions are provided for safe use
- Once our team has completed set up and installation, customers MUST NOT move, reposition or interfere with any inflatable
Supervision
While our equipment is designed with safety in mind, adult supervision is required at all times to ensure children play safely and appropriately.
Weather Safety
For outdoor hires, we continuously monitor weather conditions. In cases of high winds or unsafe weather, we reserve the right to cancel or stop use of equipment for safety reasons.
